A chat widget is an animated overlay that shows your live chat messages on screen while you stream. It runs through StreamElements, or Streamlabs where the product includes a Streamlabs version, and loads into OBS Studio or Streamlabs Desktop as a browser source. The background is transparent, so it sits cleanly over gameplay, camera or a just chatting scene.

A goal widget is an animated meter that fills as your stream works toward a target, such as a tip, sub, cheer or follower goal. It counts those events through StreamElements, or Streamlabs where the product includes a Streamlabs version. A goal widget does not display chat messages. Each product page lists the platforms and services that widget supports.

Yes, our multistream chat widgets do. They bring Twitch, YouTube and Kick chat into one overlay through a free StreamElements account, after a one time YouTube and Kick connection covered in the included guide. Some also add TikTok chat through the free TikFinity app. Other chat widgets are Twitch only, so check the platforms listed on each product page.

You need streaming software that can add a browser source, because that is how every widget loads into your scene. OBS Studio and Streamlabs Desktop both work, and both are free. Most widgets also need a free StreamElements account, and some include a Streamlabs version as well. No paid software is required to use anything we sell.

For some widgets, yes. A number of them ship as StreamElements custom widgets and will only run there. Others also work with Streamlabs or as a native OBS browser source. The listing for each widget states what it needs.

Yes. Once purchased, you can use the widget on your own stream indefinitely.

If a widget is broken, we fix it first, and if we cannot fix it, we refund you. If your file never arrived, the item is not what the listing described, or you were charged twice, we refund you. A working file you downloaded and then changed your mind about is not refundable, because a digital file cannot be returned once it is on your machine.
