Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of streamwidgetshop.com and anything you buy from Stream Widget Shop. By buying, you accept them.

What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use a digital file, not ownership of the design. The licence is permanent, worldwide, and does not expire.

What you may do
Use the widget on your own streams and videos, on as many platforms and channels as you run, for as long as you like, including on monetised channels. Customise it: change the colours, text and images to suit your brand.

What you may not do
Resell, redistribute, share or give away the files. Upload them to asset sites, template marketplaces or file sharing services. Sell the widget as part of an overlay pack or service you offer. Claim the original design as your own work.

If you are building overlays for clients and want to use these commercially on their channels, email us first and we will sort out a licence that fits.

Custom commissions
Commissioned work is quoted separately and its own terms are agreed in writing before any payment.

Availability and support
Widgets are delivered as files that run in your broadcasting software. We support installation and will fix anything that does not work as described. We cannot guarantee a widget against future changes made by third party platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, OBS, StreamElements or Streamlabs, though in practice we update our files when those platforms change.

Prices
Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price you paid is the price of your order.

Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
