Description
The Demon Samurai Stream Overlay Pack is two widgets in one: an animated katana goal bar AND tip alerts, built for Twitch, Kick, and YouTube streamers who want a dark samurai themed scene. Every tip, sub, and cheer pops up an alert on stream showing who supported you and how much, and that same event sends a glowing soul gliding up the blade toward your goal. The katana fills with soul light as you get closer, flames lick off the filled edge, and when you hit your goal the whole sword ignites. The background is fully transparent, so it sits right over your gameplay.

How Alerts and the Goal Work Together
The alerts drive the goal bar. When someone supports you, the alert fires with their name and amount, and a soul flies from the alert into the katana, gliding smoothly up to the new fill level. Bigger support fills more of the blade. You get the hype moment of an alert and visible progress toward your goal from the same event, with nothing extra to set up.

Setup
- Unzip the download.
- Add a browser source in OBS Studio or Streamlabs Desktop and paste in the one line from the overlay file.
- Set the size to 1920x1080 (it also runs at 1440p and 4K).
- Open the built in settings panel to pick your channels, goal amount, and options.
- Optional: split the frame, sword, chat, or alerts onto their own OBS sources.

FAQ
Is this a goal widget or an alerts widget?
Both. Each tip, sub, or cheer shows an alert with who sent it and how much, and the same event advances the katana goal bar.
What counts toward the goal?
By default the goal counts subs, gifted subs, cheers, and tips together as one money total, so it fills from your first sub with nothing else set up.
Does it read tips and followers?
Twitch and Kick have no tips of their own and only report follows to an app you log into. Paste your StreamElements token into the settings panel and StreamElements tips and follows start working. YouTube Super Chats count as tips with no token. Streamlabs donations are not read.
Does this work with Streamlabs Desktop?
Yes. Add it as a browser source in Streamlabs Desktop, the same way it is added in OBS Studio.

What is a stream chat widget?
A chat widget is an animated overlay that shows your live chat messages on screen while you stream. It runs through StreamElements, or Streamlabs where the product includes a Streamlabs version, and loads into OBS Studio or Streamlabs Desktop as a browser source. The background is transparent, so it sits cleanly over gameplay, camera or a just chatting scene.
What is a goal widget?
A goal widget is an animated meter that fills as your stream works toward a target, such as a tip, sub, cheer or follower goal. It counts those events through StreamElements, or Streamlabs where the product includes a Streamlabs version. A goal widget does not display chat messages. Each product page lists the platforms and services that widget supports.
Can one chat widget show Twitch, YouTube and Kick chat at the same time?
Yes, our multistream chat widgets do. They bring Twitch, YouTube and Kick chat into one overlay through a free StreamElements account, after a one time YouTube and Kick connection covered in the included guide. Some also add TikTok chat through the free TikFinity app. Other chat widgets are Twitch only, so check the platforms listed on each product page.
Do I need OBS to use these widgets?
You need streaming software that can add a browser source, because that is how every widget loads into your scene. OBS Studio and Streamlabs Desktop both work, and both are free. Most widgets also need a free StreamElements account, and some include a Streamlabs version as well. No paid software is required to use anything we sell.

COMPATIBILITY
What platforms do your widgets work with?
It depends on the widget, so check the listing. Every product page shows exactly which platforms that widget supports. Twitch works with all of them. Kick and YouTube are supported by some but not all, and each listing says so. If you are unsure, ask us before you buy.
Do I need StreamElements specifically?
For some widgets, yes. A number of them ship as StreamElements custom widgets and will only run there. Others also work with Streamlabs or as a native OBS browser source. The listing for each widget states what it needs.
Do I need to know how to code?
No coding required. Most widgets install in a few minutes by following the included setup guide and video tutorial.
