Who it is for

It is built for streamers who want chat to look like a sticker sheet, on one platform or several. It suits a pastel or Y2K layout, and VTubers who want chat that matches the model.

If you want a one-click install, the Multistream Chat Widget has one. The Y2K Sticker is pasted into StreamElements by hand.

What you need

  • A free StreamElements account
  • OBS Studio, OBS Classic or Streamlabs Desktop. Each loads the widget as a browser source, the layer that shows a web page in your scene.
  • For YouTube chat: a free Google API key. The guide walks you through getting one.
  • For Kick chat: your channel name
  • For TikTok chat: the free TikFinity desktop app, which also brings in gifts

Twitch works straight away.

How it sets up

  1. In StreamElements, open My Overlays and add a Custom Widget.
  2. Open the editor and paste each code file into its matching tab.
  3. Save, then copy the overlay link from the top right of the overlay editor.
  4. In OBS, add a Browser Source, paste the link and set the size to 1920 x 1080.
  5. Connect YouTube, Kick and TikTok as the PDF guide shows.
  6. Set your colours, layout and alert styles.

What you should see: your chat in sticker bubbles on a transparent background. Send a message in your Twitch chat and it appears.

If it does not show up:

  • Black screen in OBS: turn off your VPN or ad blocker, then refresh the browser source.
  • Blurry widget: set your OBS canvas resolution to 1920x1080 and give the browser source the same size.
  • No YouTube messages: check your Google API key, and that your stream is live. YouTube supports one livestream per channel at a time.

One limit to know

GIFs are a Twitch chat feature, so YouTube, Kick and TikTok messages stay text. TikTok chat comes through the free TikFinity app, which connects to TikTok unofficially.
