What is inside

The kit holds three kinds of piece. Chat widgets show your live chat. Goal bars fill as your stream works toward a target. The scene overlay frames your webcam and chat.

Celestial Stream Kit: the Moon Jar goal, the Celestial Multistream Chat and the other moon and star widgets in the set

5 chat widgets

  • Neon Moon Glow Chat Widget: an animated glow chat box, with its matching mini goal.
  • Cosmic Galaxy Chat Widget: animated chat with a goal display and animated ornaments.
  • Moon Star Chat Widget: glassy animated chat.
  • Pastel Moon Chat Widget: animated pastel cloud chat with cloud decorations.
  • Celestial Multistream Chat Widget: Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok in one box, with per-platform role colours, five alert types and a 3D tilt mode. It is only in this kit.

4 goal bars

  • Animated Star Goal Widget: a celestial sub and follower goal.
  • Animated Moon Jar Goal Widget: an event jar that fills with falling moons.
  • Moon Cloud Donation Goal Widget: a liquid-fill donation tracker.
  • Celestial Moon Goal Widget: an animated stream tracker.

A goal bar counts events through StreamElements, such as tips, subs, cheers or follows. It does not show chat messages.

1 scene overlay

  • Cloudy Moon Overlay: a starry-night scene with a webcam frame and a chat box.

Who it is for

It is built for Twitch streamers, VTubers and cozy streamers who want one moon and star look, from the chat box to the webcam frame. It fits a new setup, a channel refresh or a debut.

If you only want one piece, the Moon Jar Goal Widget or the Celestial Star Goal Widget, sold on their own, are the simpler buy. For layout ideas, see How to Create a Celestial Stream Setup for Twitch and Kick.

What you need

  • A free StreamElements account
  • OBS Studio or Streamlabs. Each loads widgets as a browser source, the layer that shows a web page in your scene.
  • For YouTube chat on the multistream widget: a free YouTube Data API key
  • For Kick chat: your channel name
  • For TikTok chat: the free TikFinity desktop app

Twitch works straight away. The guide covers the platform setup for the multistream widget.

How it sets up

Three widgets install with a one-click link: the Moon Jar Goal, the Star Goal and the Cloudy Moon Overlay. Open the link, log in to StreamElements, and the widget is added.

Every other widget takes about five minutes:

  1. In StreamElements, open My Overlays and add a Custom Widget.
  2. Open the editor and paste the five code files into the matching tabs: HTML, CSS, JS, FIELDS and DATA.
  3. Save, then copy the overlay link from the top right of the overlay editor.
  4. In OBS, add a Browser Source, paste the link and set the size to 1920 x 1080.

The animated decorations for the Cosmic Galaxy, Pastel Moon and Cloudy Moon widgets are video files. Add them in OBS as a Media Source.

On Streamlabs, versions are included for the Animated Star Goal, the Moon Cloud Donation Goal and the Celestial Moon Goal.

What you should see: each widget in your OBS scene, on a transparent background.

If it does not show up:

  • Black screen in OBS: turn off your VPN or ad blocker, then refresh the browser source.
  • Blurry widget: set your OBS canvas resolution to 1920x1080 and give the browser source the same size.
  • Missing YouTube, Kick or TikTok messages: connect each platform in the multistream widget as the guide shows.

One limit to know

The Celestial Multistream Chat Widget is the only widget in the kit that reads YouTube, Kick and TikTok. The other four chat widgets and all four goal bars run on StreamElements and show what StreamElements is connected to. TikTok chat comes through the free TikFinity app, which connects to TikTok unofficially.

FAQ

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Three widgets install with a one-click link. For the rest, you paste the included files, then change colours, fonts and goals in the StreamElements editor.

Does it work on YouTube or Kick?
Only the Celestial Multistream Chat Widget reads them. YouTube needs a free YouTube Data API key, Kick needs your channel name, and TikTok needs the free TikFinity desktop app.

Does it work in Streamlabs?
Yes. Every widget loads into Streamlabs as a browser source through your StreamElements account, and three goal widgets also come in Streamlabs versions.

How many files do I download?
Two zip files: one with the widget code and PDF guides, one with the animated decorations. Download both.

Can I resell the files?
No. The kit is for personal use only, with no resale or redistribution.

Pairs well with

  • Multistream Chat Widget Pack: ten skins of the multistream chat widget, including a Starlight Galaxy Froggy skin, each reading Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok. Each skin installs on its own, about five minutes each.
