How do I send my photo, and what photos work best?
After you order, we email you to ask for your photo. A clear, front-facing photo that shows your full outfit works best, plus details like hair color, eye color, glasses and headset. Pets, cosplay looks and stream characters are welcome.
What size should I pick?
6 inch is desk-sized and easy to gift. 12 inch has more room for detail, for the strongest likeness.
What does the stream add-on include?
Your choice of a headset, mic, controller or stitched name, added to your mini-me for $9.
Do I see a design preview before it is made?
Yes. You approve a design preview before we start crafting. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve it.
How long does it take?
Each mini-me is handmade and ships in about 4 to 6 weeks after you approve your design. Holiday delivery is not guaranteed, so order early.
How will it look compared to my photo?
It is hand crocheted in cotton yarn, so colors match your photo at about 80 to 90%, and small differences are part of the charm. Hand wash only.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email streamwidgetshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement or refund you. Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns otherwise.
